Welcome to the 323 Youth Bring Your Crew (HS/Adult) Flag Football League

A fun, community-centered program designed for parents, coaches, volunteers, and high school players who want to get involved and enjoy the game in a relaxed, positive environment!

This league is all about bringing people together - laughing, staying active, and building friendships - all while modeling the same faith-based values we teach our kids. 

No intense competition. No pressure. Just good football, good sportsmanship, and a great time with our 323 Youth families.

5-on-5 Format

Our Bring Your Crew League will follow the 5-on-5 format, offering a fast-paced, enjoyable experience that keeps games exciting while still being safe and manageable for adults.

Games emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and fun rather than competitive advantage.

League Features:

• Bring Your Crew Team Formations: Teams may include anyone connected to 323 Youth in a meaningful way.
• Balanced & Fair Play: To keep the league fun for everyone, we have light guidelines to prevent "Super Teams". No elite stacked rosters - just friendly competition among our families. If a team appears significantly overpowered, the league may make small adjustments to help maintain balance.
• Just for Fun Environment: This league is recreational only. There are No Playoffs, Games are meant to be enjoyable, active, and community-building - not high-stress or competitive.
  
• Professional Game Day Experience: Games will be organized, well-officiated, and run with the same professionalism you expect from 323 Youth - but with a relaxed, fun atmosphere.
  
• Limited Availability: To ensure game quality and safety, team spots are limited. Registration is first-come, first-served.

Who Can Join?

Anyone who is 14+ and connected to 323 Youth in one of the following ways:

• Parent/Guardian of a current or former player
  
• Current or Former Coach
• Current or Former Volunteer
• High School Players (Former 323 Youth Athletes, Current 323 Youth Athletes, New high school players connected through friends, church partners, or our community)
• Community Partners or supporters with meaningful ties to 323 Youth

Practice

This is a fun league - practices are completely optional! Teams can meet up and run plays if they want, but there are no practice requirements and no restrictions.

Adults can schedule as much or as little practice as they want and wherever works best for them. This league is simple, flexible, and designed for maximum fun.

Team Captains

Each team will have one Team Captain who serves as the point of contact and ensures that:

• Players are connected to 323 Youth
• The team culture stays positive
• Everyone rotates in fairly
• Sportsmanship stays high
• The team follows our "Just for Fun" spirit

League Commitment:

Teams will participate in a 6-week season with games scheduled on Saturdays. No playoffs or championship games - just consistent weekly games with your crew.
*NOTE: Gamedays are subject to weather. Games will not be rescheduled. 

Gate Fee

Good news: There are NO gate fees! All games are free for everyone to attend.

This means friends, family, and fans can come and support your team without any additional cost. Enjoy the excitement of every game with no barriers!

Limited team spots will be available in the adult division. Updated availability will be posted on this page once registration opens.

Season Dates

Here are the key dates for the 2026 Bring Your Crew Flag Football League:

• Registration Opens: December 8, 2025
• Registration Closes: February 28, 2026
• Season Kickoff: March 28, 2026
• Regular Season Ends: May 9, 2026

Game Times

The games for the 2026 Bring Your Crew Flag Football League will be played on Saturday evenings at Central Texas Christian School.

Specific times will be posted once scheduling is finalized.

Note: Game times are fixed but may be adjusted in case of unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
